Skitarii Legions of Forge World Ryza
Agamemnon is a powerful figure within the hierarchy of the Ryzan Mechanicum and has, in times past, counted numerous Skitarii Maniples among his available forces.
Disastrously, and perhaps due to the machinations of the traitor Legions, no Skitarii forces were present at the time of the ambush. Had this been otherwise, the Word Bearers and Iron Warriors might have been the ones driven into flight.
Status: Betrayed and ambushed at the outset of the Heresy by their supposed allies in the Iron Warriors and Word Bearers Legions. Initial losses almost total but 'saved' by intervention of greenskin marauders attacking both sides. Arch Magos Agamemnon escaped in the confusion with a small portion of his forces. Currently attempting to rebuild strength while engaging in opportunistic strikes against traitor targets. Aid has been requested from Ryza (home forge of Arch Magos Agamemnon) but may be slow to arrive...
