Briefing
The Warmaster, Horus Lupercal, has been captured by the Loyalist forces during an engagement on the Knight World of Kych. The Traitors intelligence cadre has discovered the location of the facility he is being held in but only have a limited window in which to execute a rescue operation. It is vital that the Warmaster is extracted as quickly as possible as it is highly likely that the Loyalist command will order him relocated to a far more secure location out of System.

A Rescue Operation to recover the Primarch Horus.
While there were a number of strike teams dispatched to rescue the Warmaster, the Loyalists had guarded their prize well and repelled most of the invaders. Only a single Traitor team successfully penetrated the Warmasters prison complex and while they were quickly exterminated, they were able to deploy a transponder beacon for a far larger Sons of Horus contingent in orbit.
