Cold Kay is a large moon that shows distinctive signs of ancient terraforming. When the Umbral Kingdom overran the Cerulea system, they quickly captured Cold Kay and used it as a staging ground for the assault on Cerulea Harbor. Since that time, Cold Kay has been under the feudal control of the Lords of Cerulea Harbor, who entrust its extensive manorial fiefs to their most loyal vassals.
