Battle Summary

In an effort to push the loyalist from the area the Sons of Horus assault the landing pad near cry prison 16. The Space Wolf force again met the Sons of Horus in battle.

The sons of Horus spear tip attack destroyed the vanguards of the space wolfs and their command in the first part of the engagement. The Wolf guard commander did manage to inflicted some casualties on Sons of Horus After which Sons of Horus poured all of their fire into wolf guard. After 16 magazines of bolters were completely emptied did the wolf guard's armor failed and he was mortality wounded.

The battle quickly became a hand to hand melee, that the space wolves bloodied the Sons of Horus. After the bloody melee was done, there were no Space Wolves standing on the field of battle.

The Sons of Horus now have control of the landing field near cryo prison 16 and control center for anti air batteries around cryo prison 16. Most of the anti air batteries have been destroyed , 2 interceptor missile batteries and one plasma cannon battery remain. The target tracking augury for the Plasma cannon needs to be repaired before it can be used for targeting aircraft.

Tunnels near the landing Pad have been secured, However the remaining space wolves have retreated into deeper tunnels.
