D43 - Iroah

Civilized world. The human population of Iroah was enslaved by xenos for centuries until it was liberated by the 91st Expeditionary Fleet. The xenos lived in mighty orbital ship/stations, descending on the planet periodically to feed. The ships of the 91st defeated the xenos in a battle lasting 200 hours that ended with the horror-ships of the foe being sent directly into Iroah’s star. Iroah is still recovering from centuries of xenos occupation but is an enthusiastic supporter of the Armada Imperialis, to whom they owe their liberation.
