Uninhabited world, dead world. During the 728th Expeditionary Fleet’s attempt to bring the system’s xenos species into compliance, the xenos (using methods still unknown to the Imperium) triggered a solar flare which destroyed the only habitable planet, as well as a large percentage of the 728th Expedition.
