Population
Primarily a nomadic native population of roughly two million with a small Imperial colony establishing an Administratum enclave.
History
The exact reason for the formation of the Administratum enclave on Kambra is unknown (perhaps even to the enclave itself), however soon after the Sub-Sector was entered and a number of Compliances enacted a priority directive from Malcador himself was received by the Compliance fleet to prepare the world for colonisation. Within months a monolithic conveyor ship arrived in system and began disgorging lander craft until the planets skies were filled with them locusts; flitting back and forth between the conveyor in orbit and various landing zones.
The Legion forces present in the System were summarily thanked and instructed to rejoin the Crusade, leaving the Systems development and defense to the Administratum. Any questions as to the purpose of the colony were rebuffed and any commanders pursuing the issue were referred to direct their inquiries to the Malcador; an effective stonewall tactic rarely used without the Sigillites knowledge.
