History
Survivor company of the Battle of Vannaheim which was an assault by the Iron warriors on the orbital hives of vanheim. Under the command of Shaka blood axe these astartes were deployed from the Grand Cruiser 'Helicon's Spear' but become stranded when their cruiser is captured as a prise of war by the iron warriors during the battle. Shaka's lightly equipped warband are left on the hives with only a small company of warriors consisting of light ground assault vehicles, rhinos, dreadnoughts and infantry. Pitted against a far greater force the vlkafenryka must be invisible. They become the ghosts of Helicon's spear. Shaka resolves to strip the wolves armour down to the bare grey/white ceramite beneath and to launch a brutal campaign of vengeance against the traitors. To track and peruse them from the shadows and one day recapture their lost cruiser.
