Global: All armies of the faction which has secured this location gain +1 to Reserve rolls for Flyers while the opposing armies have a -1 penalty to Reserve rolls for Flyers.
Local: All units belonging to the faction which has this location secured may deploy using the Deep Strike special rule if held in reserve (it is assumed they are being air dropped from craft stationed at the Space Port), and all failed rolls to bring in Flyers from reserve may be rerolled (in addition to the Global effect).
