Siberius 3:

Siberius 3 is classified as a death world because of it's harsh climate and state of almost eternal winter with massive expanses of tundra landscape. The worlds populace is great in number and focused around the great hive cities of the planet. The people of Siberius, the Siberians, are a hardy folk since not even the great hive cities can shelter them from the cold elements of the planet and the indigious species of predatorial giant vulture like avian creatures.

Industrial might is the planets most important factor for it's existence. Minerals and ores are mined deep in the core of the planet and the furnaces and factories of the cities bellow black smoke across the skies day and night.

The recent outbreak of the heresy has led to the populace to break free from the Imperium who they complied to during the great crusade and have declared independence. The socialist party now in control of the planet describes it's forefathers as weak and foolish for ever bending the knee before the fascict Imperium. As they themselves describe it. Military might is now the main focal point of the Siberian leadership and the great factories of the planet have resulted in a great advantage to aid their plans of expansion. Previously aquired imperium technology meant to defend the imperium are now instead produced to aid the treacherous revolution.

These turncoats of the Imperium now face retribution. The closest imperial forces closed in on the planet to exact vengeance on the planet. Fourtunately for the Siberians it wasn't an Astartes army. Instead an imperial rogue trader took it upon himself to quench the rebellion.
