Greetings Master Serano,

Your confirmation that the Adepta Sororitas are en route is reassuring; the situation with the Cults of Thanai is becoming a significant problem which the local PDF is, for some reason, struggling to control. Cardinal Weathen is in constant communication with my staff coordinating efforts to reign in the spread of the heretical Cult.

Whilst my investigations have discovered a number of Rogue Psykers and, worryingly, also a number of disloyal Sanctioned Psykers we have been unable to locate the Psykers directly responsible for the ever increasing instances of miracles. Considering the number and complexity of the manifestations the group is likely recruiting more operatives, the rising popularity of the Cult of Thanai will be assisting with this. There is a strong likelihood that the Cult of Thanai is being manipulated, if not originally orchestrated by heretics.

The search for the Psykers responsible is also being confounded by the dramatic increase of traffic into the Phonicas system, of which there is an abnormally high number of Sanctioned Psykers. We have also detected and apprehended seven latent Psykers and four Rogue Psykers entering the system.

I have requested assistance from Governor Lopecks staff in both of these matters however his office has been slow in responding, something which is starting to become concerning.

Your faithful Imperial Servant,

Teahl
