Battle Summary
Hunting for the Alpha Legion and trying to find out what they need the ancient cogitator to find the local Militia under 1st Legion command come upon a small force of Emperor´s Children and Dark Mechanicus. The Traitor´s had hoped to stay unnoticed and strike at targets of opportunity but the Angels of Death will brook no traitor prescence on Thungur Metallikus!
The Militia tanks and Dark Angel Heavy support take a heavy toll on the opposing vehicles in the opening seconds of battle, The Last Argument of Kings Vanquisher tanks utterly destroying a Spartan assault tank and halting the traitor advance. The Space Marines lead the charge with scout elements of Milita that bravely sell their lives to bring down a single murder robot.
As the battle swings back and forth the unenhanced humans suffer horrendous casualties from the Emperor's Children Praetor and his aide that slaughter fully a half company of men on their own. The First Legion will not be denied and in the end there is just too many humans for a single Space Marine to slaughter on his own and the field belongs to the Loyalists!
