History
The Legio Crucius Templari is a sub faction of Legio Crucius, the Warmongers Titan Legion. Formed after the founding of the minor Forge World, Cerberus, and the close bonds which formed between the Imperial Fists based in the area (the Kildrech Crusade), the local Knight House (House Kildare) and the Mechanicus forces; the sub Legio is an oath bound unit which always serves alongside the Imperial Fist forces based in the Kildrech System.
This Oath is held as the principal reason for the Legio to have followed the Kildrech Crusade, to latter become the Company of Kildare, into secession from the Imperium at large. While the parent Legio (Crucius) has not openly supported or condemned such a political move, it is suspected that the Legio heads are willing to allow such an action as a safe guard during the turbulent times of the Heresy.
While small the forge world based on Cerberus is extremely efficient and they have already produced two Warhounds, Aquilus Viator & Sicarius Deos, while a Reaver Titan has recently been christened, Furvum Aspis, joining the half dozen existing Warhounds which accompanied the founding force.
