History
Despite the name of the unit, this mostly female unit does not hail from the Primarch Fulgrim's homeworld. They did, however, serve in one of his crusade fleets, and fell entirely into the degradation of the Third Legion and its auxilia.
Heavy users of stimms and a cocktail of other drugs. This, perhaps, was the only thing that allowed the liberation of the Fuschal System to proceed as planned. One of the preliminary strike forces sent to disable the outer auspex stations and set up a beachhead in the system instead had a completely unexpected encounter with a monitor ship crewed by the Daughters. The fact that the entire crew were out of their minds on airborne drugs that they pumped into their own life-support systems preserved the secrecy of the operation.
