Inspection 3 voting begins!

September is already upon us, for some of us this means the start of Spring while our northern cousins will be starting to rug up and getting ready for Autumn. Internationally for the AUS30K website it signals the end of the entry period for the third Inspection and the start of the Voting period. Be sure to go and have a look at the three completed entries of August theme; Adapting to the Battelfield - model conversion of any type, giving the ones you like a vote via the button in the top left hand corner of the screen of each entry.
Inspection 4 is now open for entries and the theme of this months competition is There Can Be Only One - A single Independent or Unique Character model, this also includes any HQ characters that do not have the Independent or Unique Character rule but can only be taken by themselves. So if you have just completed making a new Praetor or are looking at putting together a Magos Dominus then this month is the month for you to get the paint onto the model and post pics! I am really looking forward to seeing what everyone has up their sleeves for this one.
On the Global Heresy front, there was a massive influx of phenomenal battle reports, a huge swathe of them directed towards Kug'Arkal with the Zone Mortalis battles at Dogon Station, be sure to check out the other two planets in the system for different scenarios and make your games count towards the faction control of system. While the Loyalist have a slight lead the battles have been close and the Traitors are only trailing by a battle or two, so things could quickly and easily swing around in a short period of time.
