Population
The vast majority of the Kambra population is made up of Imperial Administratum staff, from high ranking Departmento Heads down to lowly indentured menials and serfs. There is a very small Imperial Guard presence based in fringe outposts scattered across the planet to protect the vital work which the Administratum undertake but other than the entirity of the population has predetermined roles and careers laid out ahead of them for generations to come.
History
The exact reason for the formation of the Administrtum enclave on Kambra is unknown (perhaps even to the enclave itself), however it has existed on the eastern fringe since the Great Crusade in one form or another. Its vast spires house millions upon millions of works; clerks, menials, projectors, transcribers, co-ordinators and dozens of other obscure and ornate roles. Ancient pacts and treaties with the other planets within the Parlios Collective keep Kambra feed, protected and stocked with able bodies and minds. However one mystery remains....
Nobody actually knows what the Administratum on Kambra DOES!
For millenia the workers have processed data, the method and forumlae are ancient ceremonies with holy meanings, but the data itself is unknown. No one knows where the data comes from, and when the calculations, compiling, verification, recompliling and ratifications have been completed, no one knows where the reports are sent to.
