History
The Scarlet Talon was responsible for at least half of the atrocities visited upon the citizens of the Fuschal system, with the majority recorded from the mining world of Empusa. In particular, their leader Kuul the Skinless took a sadistic delight in taking his victims out into the Screaming Jungle, and securing them helpless for the trees to devour.
