A Terran and veteran of the unification war  official rank was  Lt Commander of the 204th company a Battalion level armored formation consisting of an artillery squandron along with other armored vehicles. A Fellblade, Luna’s whisper, this unit was know for its artillery assaults/ like the rest of the legion tactical squads made up majority of its infantry strength with a seeker and support squads. It was the Battle of Istvan II were Commander Severus made his mark and nearly lost his life for it was during the ash storms he countermanded standing orders and with his forces from Choral city and positioned them on the out skirts and proceeded to shell the siren hold. And told  his primarch point blank that it was folly to deploy amour forces in the ruins against an enemy of unknown strength. After the battle he was summoned to his primarchs presence to give account what transpired is unknown but he was promoted to the rank of lord commander and presented with a paragon blade and the Honor of a justerine body guard and a force of Catulan  reavers some in the legion saw this a dubis honor considering his terren back ground but high ranking lodge membership he fought well on  Istvann V and even salvaged a wreck imperial army Baneblade along with some Iron warrior tanks  he was dispatched to assist in the shadow crusade sometime after this to be assisted by a specialist force of Iron warriors  of whom the 204th had a  very good relationship but the most sinister development was the devinite lodge priest assigned to the mission  which was ordered by Maloghurst

The Warmaster in his wisdom and Lorgar with his new Allies unsettling as they were would bring this about nothing could stop them. Severus was going to kill the servants of the false Emperor by destroying the worlds. His finest memory was watching the destruction of the loyalists at Istvann V those legions were doomed from the day they were founded that was the the truth of it Severus was born to destroy them The death Whispers had whispers this this truth to their smoking ashes and blasted wrecks of their war machines.
