History
The Shadow Scale strike force is one of many arms of the legion that acts independently from the main legion forces. Set on long term goal in the Australis Ultima sector, undisclosed to the legionaires by their legion Primarch(s) the command circle of Strike force Shadow Scales, referred to as the "Shadow Keel" ask nothing less from its legionaires than the primarch would ask of them: "Everything". True to this legio edict Strike force Shadow Scales engages in covert ops, open warfare, overthrowing government and ex-legio operatives development throughout the sector.
Sightings of the strike force included reports of different leaders on the battlefield. Further reports of the primarch Alpharius have been received however conflicting sightings have been made in other sector at the same time. The recurring name of Varrand Scuto as the active Shadow Scales strike force commander has yet to be be confirmed.
