History
Rimini is a hot, desert world with very little water on the surface and only trace amounts in the atmosphere. Local legends tell of a great accident that happened during the terraforming process in ancient times that destroyed Rimini’s ecology permanently. There are no cities or indigenous people on Rimini, though isolated mining operations do exist. The largest human population on Rimini by far is located at the Rimini Training Center. This is a large training base operated jointly by the Imperial Guard and Faroe PDF that specializes in training soldiers for desert combat.
