Summary

Effects

Strategic Victory Points: 2 SVP per Turn


Global: While a faction has this location secured, all friendly units gain the Adamantium Will special rule as the Astropathic Relay is refocused to support the ground troops.


Local: At the start of the Battle Phase the defending player must choose to set the Relay in one of two modes; while the Relay is Augment Mode all psychic powers are manifested on a 3+ instead of a 4+, however while it is in Dampen Mode all powers are manifested on a 5+ instead of a 4+. Once the mode has been selected it cannot be changed until the following Turn.
