Effects
Strategic Victory Points: 1 SVP per Phase
Global: The faction gains an additional +1 SVP per phase for each Hab District also Secured due to the additional work forces being diverted into the Manufactorum Halls.
Local: Every time a (non Super Heavy/Flyer) vehicle belonging to the army which has secure control of this location is destroyed or wrecked roll a D6, on a result of a 6, that vehicle is placed into ongoing reserves to represent the Manufactorum diverting production to resupply the defending force.
