Effects
Strategic Victory Points: 2 SVP per Phase
Global: All Warlords of the faction which has secured this location may upgrade one of their ranged weapons to Master Crafted for free while it remains secured.
Local: The army belonging to the faction which has this location secured may reroll D6 failed To-Hit rolls in each shooting phase, roll the D6 at the start of each Shooting phase (note that this still does not allow you to reroll rereolls).
