As the area around the Malestrom spiralled towards civil war, the Red Scorpions prepared to unleash their wrath upon the traitors of the Tyrant's Malestrom Warders. Unable to abide the turncoat Astartes the forces of the Red Scorpions deployed several "suppression forces" into the system as a vanguard to an all out attack.
Suppression Force Omega Phi was one of the first Red Scorpion forces to engage the Malestrom Warders in system.
