History

Viriditas is green world of continent-spanning woodlands. The forest types change based on latitude, from tropical jungles to deciduous forests and northern conifer expanses. The entire planet is a wilderness area with virtually no human activity, though past Explorators and have reported sightings of ancient ruins and isolated human tribes living in the deep forest. Faroe PDF and the Childriss Imperial Guard establishment maintain small jungle and woodland training centers, but even these are nearly swallowed by the planetary forest. The largest human settlement on the surface is the small town of Mill-haven, little more than a mobile logging camp with a few associated support services.
