Summary

Rolling hills, vast open prairies, wild life filled Tundra's and miles upon miles of pristine wilderness, all underpinned by millions of artificial and hidden animal enclosures and irrigation systems. The Southern Plains is the planets safari and hunting grounds, given enough notice (and money) a guest can hunt any animal, xenos or even, it is rumored, human in the many tens of thousands of reserves throughout the territory. One the three primary pleasure parks of the planet, the hunting grounds are considered the more barbaric of them all, with little effort made to hide the fact that, often, brutal and sadistic trophy taking takes place.

Although little immediate opportunity for resources from the area, the Southern Plains do form a pivotal spoke in the planets revenue and entire reason for existence.

Global: A faction that controls one other Plains location gains an additional 2 SVP per Phase, and if they control all three they instead gain an additional 3 SVP per phase.
