Summary

One of the three primary recreational reserves of the continent, the Western Plains are a network of lakes and waterways. Boosting hundreds of pleasure craft and resorts along the banks of the rivers and lakes, capable of hosting hundreds of thousands of guests throughout the tourist season. The government spent vast quantities of resources reshaping the area to make the most efficient layout to maximise capacity yet still retain the illusion of seclusion and privacy.

While no material values, the location is a pivotal revenue base for the entire planet and will prove a valuable asset once the planet is secured and used by the victorious faction.

Global: A faction that controls one other Plains location gains an additional 2 SVP per Phase, and if they control all three they instead gain an additional 3 SVP per phase.
