Summary

The primary Imperial presence on the planet; the Administratum Hub houses not only the clerks but the Sisters of Silence, Adeptus Arbites, Astropaths and a number of other symbols of Imperium rule albeit far smaller in number than most other planets. It is also probably the most technologically advanced sector on the planet, with all of the wonders of the Imperium brought with their respective agencies allowing the controlling forces to leverage not only logistics but augury and vox traffic as well.

Any long term control of the planet will hinge upon the securing and protection of this area.

Effects

Strategic Victory Points: 4 SVP per Phase

Global: All armies within the controlling faction gain a single reroll to reserves per game.

Local: Controlling player may add or subtract 1 from all reserve rolls, including their opponents.
