Summary

The historic seat of the System government, the Central Plaza is home to dozens of parks, plazas and meandering paths as well as a number of palaces and early era administration buildings. While the Governor still has an official residence in the area his presence is often required in the Administratum Hub due to the ever growing bureaucratic duties of the Imperium. Still the vast majority of the population see this area as their capital and look to it as the center of their society.

Effects

Strategic Victory Points: 4 SVP per Phase

Global: All armies of the controlling Faction gain a single re-roll for Leadership tests each game.

Local: Units from the controlling army may re-roll Pinning tests and are Stubborn within 6" of an Objective.
