Ortious Cloud Campaign - Harbour District
Summary
The Harbor district of Lud is one of the earlier military sectors of the city when there were a number of other governments operating on the planet, waging inter island warfare across the seas. Lud's harbor provided an ideal defensive position and was heavily fortified to prevent enemy forces from flanking the position and was further supported by long range artillery designed to be able to bombard any point on the continent if needed.
Although dated, the weapons are still in working order and can prove devastating to any military force in position to use them
Effects
Strategic Victory Points: 2 SVP per Phase
Global: One Warlord from the controlling Faction (not assigned to the Harbor District) gains a Long Range Artillery Bombardment; This asset fires like an Orbital Bombardment but with Basilisk statistics, in addition after it has fired, it will will continue to fire (at the same point) for an additional D3 turns (roll for scatter each turn but do not reduce the scatter for any reason).
Local: Each unit from an attacking army using the Outflank rules must come in from Reserve from the Standard Board edge on a 4+, roll for each unit as they arrive from Reserve.
